Everything in one place
You process received and sent eInvoices right in BizNow, together with your other company documents.
BizNow is your digital postman, an intermediary of the delivery service for eInvoices. You can receive, send and process electronic invoices in one environment, with no additional separate system.
You do not have to handle the new legislation as yet another separate process. BizNow links it with the documents, approvals and accounting you already use.

The structured data in an eInvoice is ready for automated processing, checks and the rest of your workflow.
eInvoices are delivered through the official infrastructure and the European Peppol network.
Documents, access, approvals and exports stay in an environment that both the company and its accountant know.
Everything starts right in BizNow. You choose the scope of the service: for sending only you complete an online verification (KYC), for sending and receiving the registration goes through the Financial Administration without KYC verification.
Log in to BizNow. Go to Settings (Nastavenia) → My companies (Moje firmy), find the company for which you want to activate eInvoice and click the orange pencil icon (Edit) in the Action column on the right.
In the Edit company details window find the eInvoice panel (e‑Faktúra). You will see the options send only, send and receive, or registration through an authorized person.
Choose one of three procedures depending on whether you want to only send eInvoices, send and receive them, or have another authorized person handle the registration.
Suitable if you want to create and send eInvoices in BizNow but you already have receiving covered by another digital postman.
Important: This mode does not cover receiving. If your company is obliged to receive eInvoices, it must arrange receiving separately.
Suitable if you want a digital postman and two-way exchange of eInvoices right in BizNow.

Note: After registration, an automatic synchronization takes place between the Financial Administration and the Peppol network, which can take up to 60 minutes. No further steps are needed on your side.

If another authorized person (for example your accountant) arranges the BizNow registration with the Financial Administration on behalf of your company, you do not have to do this step yourself. BizNow sends them a request by email.

If you chose sending eInvoices only, BizNow takes you to a secure KYC verification, which is technically performed by Dativery s.r.o. through the Peppoš service. Its goal is to verify the company, the contact person and the authority to act on behalf of the company.
Important: The bank transfer helps verify the company account, but on its own it is not the only proof of authority to act on behalf of the company. Dativery also assesses the identity and authority of the person. Always take the payment details directly from the secure wizard; the €1 is a verification transfer, not a monthly fee for eInvoice in BizNow.
Price: The eInvoice function is free in every plan. An eInvoice is an invoice, so it counts towards the fixed number of documents in your plan.
After activation, eInvoice statuses appear next to issued invoices. Creating the invoice is not enough: first verify it and then send it through Peppol.
Go to Documents → Approved revenue → Invoices (Dokumenty → Schválené výnosy → Faktúry). In the eInvoice column you will see the document status. Open the invoice with the eye or pencil icon.
In the Edit document window you will find the Verify invoice button (Overiť faktúru) at the bottom left. We recommend using it first to check that Peppol will accept the invoice as issued. If the data is correct, you will see the message "The invoice is valid – Peppol will accept it." Verification does not send the invoice yet. Only then click Send eInvoice (Poslať eFaktúru). You can later display the status and delivery confirmations from Peppol at any time by clicking the eInvoice icon right in the table.
Click Send eInvoice and wait for the result (it can take up to about 2 minutes). A successful submission is marked by a green "e". If there is an error, click the status and read the Peppol log.
Each icon shows the current status. If you need details, click the icon in the invoice list.

The invoice has not been sent through Peppol yet.

The invoice was not sent on the day it was issued. Send it as soon as possible.

The invoice was sent. You can find the available confirmations in the Peppol log.

Sending or delivery failed. Click the icon to see the reason.
Click the eInvoice status icon right in the table to open the Peppol log. You will see the time of sending and delivery, technical confirmations (e.g. AS4 or MLR), any reply from the customer and information about reporting to the Financial Administration, if available.
Warning: An eInvoice that has already been sent cannot simply be edited or sent again. Use the appropriate corrective document to fix it. If the customer is not registered in the Peppol network, BizNow will warn you. As an alternative, you can use the "Resend" button (Preposlať) at the bottom right of the invoice detail. The customer is sent an email with the invoice attached as both PDF and XML (Peppol BIS Billing 3.0). The PDF is for reading, while the structured XML is the eInvoice format used for mandatory electronic invoicing from 1 Jan 2027.
Important: If the law requires delivery through Peppol, an email alone does not replace that way of delivery.
BizNow automatically checks for new eInvoices received through Peppol every 10 minutes. You will find them in Documents → Documents to approve (Dokumenty → Dokumenty na schválenie). They are marked with an "e" next to the document type, so you can recognize them easily. From there you can approve them and process them further like other documents.
When does an invoice appear? Although BizNow checks for new eInvoices every 10 minutes, the time it takes them to be delivered through the Peppol network can vary depending on processing in the individual systems involved. In exceptional cases an invoice may therefore appear in BizNow only a few hours after the supplier sent it. Once it is available at the digital postman, BizNow picks it up at the next regular check.
The procedure is based on the BizNow interface, on information materials from the Financial Administration and on the verification principles of the Peppol network. KYC details may vary depending on the chosen method. Official Financial Administration information ↗
