What do I get in the trial?
30 days and 100 documents free. You can add further documents over 100 for €0.20 each.
What happens after 30 days?
The plan you chose when you added your company is charged automatically.
Where are my documents and who reads them?
Your documents are read by our own AI on our servers in Slovakia. Once read, they are stored in the EU, in Frankfurt. Backups are encrypted, including ours in Slovakia. We do not send your documents to third-party AI services.
What does your AI learn from?
We train our AI on our own datasets.
Does BizNow replace my accounting system?
No. It complements it: it collects and links documents and exports them to KROS, Pohoda, Money S3 and MRP.
What do I need for eInvoicing?
From 1 Jan 2027 a VAT payer both sends and receives eInvoices, a non-payer only receives them. BizNow can send and receive eInvoices, and an authorized person, for example your accountant, can set up the activation for you.
